From the corner of King Street and Market Street (the corner by the old courthouse) take Market Street east one block and bear left at the fork in the road onto Edwards Ferry Road NE. Go one block to just before Harrison Street. Deborah C. Welsh, PLC Offices are on the left at 120 Edwards Ferry Road on the northwest corner of the intersection with Harrison Street. The entrance to the Welsh PLC parking lot is on Edwards Ferry Road about 100 feet west of the Harrison street corner intersection.
